Just came in on consignment. The JTK1 was the initial model in the Jet King series, which were an homage to the "pawnshop" copy guitars from the 1960s. The JTK1 has a body shape which is vaguely similar to the AX series or Gibson SG shape, but with asymmetric rounded "horns". It resembles a Teisco MJ-2 or a FujiGen-built EJ-2. The JTK1 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with unique offset bar inlays. Components include dual Ibanez Super 58 Custom humbucking pickups with chrome covers, an aluminum pickguard and the Full Tune III fixed bridge with ornamental tailpiece. A unique feature of the JTK1 are the two extra seesaw type rocker switches for coil splitting. Stop by the store and try it out.
