- These are great burr grinders, fully user-serviceable, parts available, great service from Baratza, which has numerous PDFs and videos on its site (https://www.baratza.com/). - This replaced the Solis Maestro, which I owned and used for 20 years (https://www.blackoutcoffee.com/blogs/the-reading-room/product-review-solis-maestro-classic-a-relatively-inexpensvie-burr-grinder). Now made by Baratza in the US, and the present models have a rubber dam around the burr to help stop fine particles from falling into the inside of the grinder. - Excellent burr grinder that along with the Solis I’ve used to make good espresso, Aeropress, and French Press coffee. - Purchased new in June 2021 - decades of use left in it. - Not heavily used - I grind enough coffee on average for 3 cups a day, and live alone. - Comes with an upgrade Baratza M2 burr (not installed), value $50 (https://cafune.ca/products/baratza-m2-cone-burr) - Reason for selling: Purchased a new Baratza Encore ESP. Located in Chemainus $125 firm
