It's been sitting in storage for years and has water damage. That said, there’s still a lot of value here for the right person: ✅ Solid frame – perfect for converting into a toy hauler, tiny home, or utility trailer ✅ Working gas stove and fridge ✅ Hot water tank – works ✅ Air conditioner and furnace – both need repair but could be salvaged ✅ Two 30-gallon propane tanks (empty) ✅ Newer stairs – installed not long ago, in excellent shape ✅ Tires Good ✅ Registration ready to sign over The RV shows signs of weathering from years in storage, and the deadbolt has been drilled out (key broke inside).
