1997 Itasca Suncruiser 34’ motorhome. Ford F-series 7.5 litre V8 engine. Low mileage (123,000 km). Runs great. Has been parked and used as a guest suite for the past 1.5 years, but no longer needed. I am the 3rd owner. Records available. Has a brand new battery. Massive awning is nearly new. It has been well-kept and is clean and comfy inside. Very spacious with large slide-out and tons of storage room. Massive windows throughout make it super bright! This unit would make a great home for someone. I took out the RV toilet and put in a Nature’s Head composting toilet (> $1500 upgrade) - so no need to use black water tank at all! (I also purchased the drain hose to create a “French drain” for the gray water…just did not get it done….(I would include the drain pipe). I also got rid of the mattress and replaced with an Endy memory foam mattress in queen size ($900) - so the bed is incredibly comfortable. Hydraulic levellers, Air con, fridge and freezer, propane heater, stove, microwave, water pump, outdoor shower-capable, etc. I have never had need to use the generator, but the last owner said it would need a service (I have always just had it plugged into shore power).
