This travel trailer is definitely done her travelling days and is looking for a nice pad to settle in for her golden years. The interior was partially gutted, all original insulation remains behind the panels. The frame is in decent condition, though the belly pan could use replacing at some point, as the previous owners did some shoddy repairs. The renos were not completely finished, what you see in the picture is what was done. All the wood panels and live edge are reclaimed cedar. The wood stove is a Jotul, and it heats the place up really well. There is fresh electrical throughout. The plumbing needs to be run through from kitchen to bathroom. There is a panel in the bedroom that comes off to run pex through, making it easier to do. The bed was custom made, it pulls out to fit a queen sized bed, a futon style mattress would suit the design best so to allow access to the bathroom. There are a couple of tiny leaks which I can’t seem to find the source of as the roof has been sealed and resealed over the years, but the wood stove keeps it really dry in the winter so there is no mold. Because of the little leaks, the trailer would do best under cover so that the bamboo flooring (included with the purchase) can be installed. This trailer would best suit someone who loves the detailed work that was done and wants a cozy home to finish up in the summer months. We used this trailer as an extra bedroom for a number of years so didn’t feel the need to fully finish it. Serious inquiries only. The price reflects the work that needs to be done to finish the trailer.
