Assistant Restaurant Manager

The following skills will be required from you as the Assistant Manager (the right candidate may have the opportunity to grow into the Manager role) You will have exceptional people skills to ensure our team has strong direction while coaching and mentoring You will have hands on experience in a similar role and have the ability to not only supervise but will also work beside your team – you will be willing to help wherever is necessary You will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to coach and mentor the staff to have the ability to be the same You will order and track supplies using an electronic method while maintaining in and out stock levels You will have a strong work ethic and be able to create connections while going above and beyond You will ensure that the highest quality of food and cleanliness are always met with food safety standards always being a priority Compensation for this role will be discussed during the interview and will be competitive for the right candidate If this sounds like a place where you want to work, working steady days with no nights and are able to work the occasional weekend please apply by submitting your resume Job Type: Full-time
