The Dog House Restaurant is looking for a dynamic Floor Supervisor to help lead our front of house team. To be successful in this role, you will need supervisory skills and customer service experience. Though we would prefer those with restaurant experience, we will certainly consider applicants with retail experience. General Responsibilities: * Supervise front of house staff when Restaurant Managers are not on property. * Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction. * Respond efficiently and accurately to minor customer complaints that are easily resolved, while passing on all major complaints for managers to settle. * Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and operating procedures. * Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations. This position will have a set schedule of evening shifts that are from Wednesday to Sundays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Rotating weekends off will be granted every 3 weeks. Wage will be negotiable depending on experience, with extended benefits being apart of the remuneration package. As an extra incentive the Dog House will provide a $1000.00 hiring bonus to the successful applicant after 6 months of employment.
