I am looking for an apartment for my 25 year old son. We will be cosigning for him. This will be his first time renting. He is quiet and responsible. He doesn't smoke. We will pass any information onto him so that he can tell you more about himself. He would like to move into a place mid May or the beginning of June. He is also interested in moving to Ladysmith or Chemainus.
