(Will consider 4 months full-time as well) It is available any time in the New Year. Includes all utilities plus monthly housecleaning service THIS APARTMENT WILL SUIT YOU IF: * You come to Victoria to study or work part time and then go home; OR * You live in Victoria but are caregiving and require respite; OR * You live in a rural area but like to come to Victoria every week to do errands, shop, go to restaurants and entertainment; OR * You visit family every week but want to have your own space while here; OR * You think you would like to move to Victoria but are not sure. The building is central. You can walk downtown or to James Bay, Fairfield, Beacon Hill Park, and the ocean. Easy access to all buses. The suite is fully furnished, with a piano, and is on the top floor with sweeping views of the city. It is in a concrete building, very quiet. I am seeking one quiet, tidy person to share with.
