Looking for an Experienced Executive Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and flexible person who wants a job with a variety of responsibilities! Must have experience working in an office and handling administrative duties. We are flexible too. You can work remotely a lot of the time and you are welcome to come into the office. COVID-19 safety considerations: Everyone at our office distances themselves at least 2 meters and can work in their own room. Mandatory masks in hallways and shared spaces. You must be hardworking, passionate and dedicated and be totally comfortable working independently. Experience / Qualifications: You are an experienced Executive Assistant that knows how to handle and keep up with an A-type personality boss You are friendly and courteous, kind and respectful to everyone, even on a bad day You love multitasking. Must be willing and able to work effectively on a wide variety of tasks You love the internet and figuring out whatever needs to be done You notice the details and take time to make sure your work is accurate you have concern for order, systems and organization Must be computer savvy and have experience/proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, One Drive, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Doodly, Dropbox, DocuSign and more. Real Estate knowledge an asset yet not mandatory Social media passion an asset yet not mandatory This is a small fast-paced busy organization so you need to be a person that is smart, organized with a great memory and have a get it done mentality Hours: We offer a Flexible schedule - flexible days and hours You will have the options of working from home and/or come to our office in Duncan to work.
