Automotive Service Advisor

Westech Diesel Ltd & Tirecraft is one of the largest and most reputable vehicle repair facilities in Vanderhoof, BC. We have a full service, diagnostic heavy duty and automotive service program supported by a parts department with inventory. We employ 8 technicians and 4 support staff to provide services to the Vanderhoof and surrounding communities. The Automotive Service Advisor would be working with 2-3 technicians. The Advisor would work in the front office and provided with support from the Heavy-Duty Service Advisor, Tire salesperson and other staff. The qualified Advisor would have experience with the workflow of a busy and productive repair facility, able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and have at least 3 years of extensive experience with automotive repairs. Vanderhoof is a great little town, within a hour of a major airport, amenities and a lower cost for housing compared to most areas of BC.
