Gardener/Landscape Technician

Green Distinction Yard Care is a professional landscape maintenance company that uses primarily battery powered equipment and operates on organic and sustainable principles to deliver high quality lawn and garden services. We are looking for a passionate full-time person to join our crew for the season. You will be doing everything from lawn maintenance, hedge trimming, pruning and planting, to mulch, soil amendments and more. We love what we do and have fun, laugh, nerd out and enjoy listening to tunes. The ideal person will be able to or have: - Experience in the field (Skill & Knowledge) - Physically fit - Strong work ethic - Transportation - Cell phone - Eye for detail - Desire to learn and grow - Professional manner - Reliable and accountable - Manage responsibilities independently - Friendly, enthusiastic, and can work outside (rain or shine) Willing to train the right person. Pay is based on work ethic and experience (skill & knowledge) and will be determined by an initial assessment in the field starting at minimum $20/hr and going up from there.
