$1,800 · Cottage with land for gardens and chickens

In Cobble Hill on 11 acre rural property with land surrounding it. Move-in September 1. The cottage is a 2-bedroom with wood stove, granite counters, dishwasher, washer and dryer, pergola/car park and much land that could be used for gardening and chickens. Owners live in adjacent house. We would welcome an individual, couple or small family, including a cat and/or very well trained dog. We are hoping to find folks who are keen to work with the land. Rent includes parking for two cars, cable internet, garbage removal, electricity and water, and a small supply of firewood. Some furnishings are also available. No smoking or vaping, no drugs, no parties or long term visitors. Long-term stay preferred.
