Looking for a home with a shop. Cowichan area . Any property that has a mobile would also work. My family has a welder and mechanic and my other son is bvery intelligent and is skilled at everything. If there is work on projects you would like done. Then we can do that . My interests are the outdoors gardening walks beach lake. I can pay directly for rent and reference are available.
