Hand in Hand Quality Thrift Shop Reopens

We have missed you and look forward to seeing you again! Hand in Hand, Vancouver Island's most eclectic and upmarket charity thrift shop, reopens on Friday (and Saturday for the reopening weekend) on Friday and Saturday, 20-21 August. 10am-2pm Masks preferred. Located in the Pastoral Centre of St. John's Anglican Church 3295 Cobble Hill Road Cobble Hill, British Columbia V0R 1L1 250.743.3095 Hand in Hand in a joint fundraising endeavour between Sylvan United Church in Mill Bay and St. John's Anglican Church in Cobble Hill. We raise funds that support our South Cowichan communities. During Covid lockdown our church members have been storing and saving many nice items. Our regular shoppers know the shop is packed and is staged and changed weekly. By not accepting debit and credit cards, we do not have to pass along bank fees to our loyal customer base. This pleases our customers, we are told.
