Looking for a garage, small shop, barn space, commercial bay for 3 months

Hi there, I've bought an saiboat moored in Victoria/Saanish Inlet Area and looking to rent some safe/dry/covered/lockable space where I can build a full cockpit enclosure (metal cutting, sanding, welding, assembly and painting Steel or Aluminium frame - 4' x 8' x 5') - starting in May(ish).
