Carter is a 1.5 year old purebred Havanese dog, who is lovely and energetic, and would fit a home that can provide him with one on one attention. He will also require further training. I am looking to rehome Carter with someone who can meet his needs such as; strong daily routines, one on one attention and maintain or control his excessive barking in the right environment.
