This is Carter. Carter is a male Havanese purebred and is a year old, he was born on January 29th 2023. Carter was also recently neutered back in October and has all of his shots. The reason for rehoming Carter is because of his barking, we have tried everything and he still continues to bark. Carter does love to bark and will need some training, he is very playful and loves other dogs including children as well. Carter will come with supplies such as his favourite toys, dog bed and food.
