
An interesting new position is available with Preferred Property Management Ltd. a growing company located in the Cowichan Valley. This is a 30-35 hours per week position with duties; -recording transactions, producing simple statement, and reconciliation of transactions -provide clerical support to the existing office staff -helping clients access and use the portals -collect and record cheques or other payments -develop and maintain a filing system -helping to gather data and information used in strategic and tactical planning -provide support and input the company website and other social media Education, Skills and Abilities needed: -training and education for basic bookkeeping -analytical skills and likes challenges -good working ability in MS Word, Excel -accurate, a focus on details but sees the bigger picture -a pleasant and helpful approach to working with co-workers, business associates, the public and clientele
