With $80 bus passes and no motorcycle license requirement, this is by far the best purchase I have ever made. No more complicated than riding a bicycle. The two stroke motor is much more powerful than the newer ones. That's why it's easy to hit 65 kph on flat roads. Absolutely perfect for Victoria. Insurance is 100-120 a year and I've never managed to spend more than $5 to fill the tank.. Always covered at night. UVic parking passes are also cheap for motorcycles/scooters. Needs front brakes. Will come with cover, helmet (not full face) and front brake disk lock (antitheft). This or 2 years of riding the bus? Plus you'll still have a scooter at the end
