$900 · Room for rent shared accommodations

I have a 3 bedroom plus den home I am renting I'm looking to sublet a room or 2 of my rooms, rent will be 900$ as everything is included. Except hydro every 2 months I'll expect half of hydro paid. That will be in void until August. We are expecting a baby in December so has to be okay with children and I have 2 puppies must be ok with dogs. We are a 5 min walk from Sandy Pools river.
