Your Role: Prepare menu items using café recipes and methods as outlined, detailed attention to quality and quantity. Ensure that food products are stored and labeled appropriately, maintaining established food rotation. Schedule and assign duties daily to prep assistant. Maintain sanitary environment as laid out in food safety and sanitation plan. Sundry duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be a self started. Able to work in a team environment. Have a sincere interest in the preparation and enjoyment of quality prepared food. Experience working in a Kitchen and Food Safe Certificate - preferred, not required for the right candidate.
