$30 · Part-Time Property Manager for 2 suites in one house in Maple Bay

I am looking for someone who has some flexibility to help manage my property and tenants in my rental property in Maple Bay. This is a very part-time job ranging from 2 - 10 hours per month. It would be suitable for someone with good people skills, knowledge of property maintenance, computer savvy, well organized and ideally someone who is very familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act. I have good tenants in place now and part of the job is to drop by once per month to do an inspection, build a relationship with the tenants and make arrangements for a handymanto take care of maintenance issues. A bonus would be if you (or your partner) could take care of the handyman work). When the time comes to find new tenants, you will organize the viewings and help me to screen the tenants. You'll also do the move-in and move-out inspection reports.
