This position requires frequent communication & coordination with the operational & finance teams located in various locations across the country. Key Responsibilities * Maintains office services; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing systems; reviewing & approving supply requisitions * Ensures adherence to corporate standards & procedures * Completes operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees * Keeps management informed * Discuss findings with management/finance team & make recommendations * Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, & training employees The ideal candidate attributes: * Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent * Proven management experience * SAP experience would be a definite asset * Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook * Excellent time management skills & ability * Attention to detail & problem-solving skills * Strong organizational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment * Hands on experience with office machines * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Teamwork & collaboration * A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements If you are passionate about making a difference & being part of a Canadian team that is rapidly growing & shaping the future then look no further.
