Hi there! I am a single, 60 yrs young active grandma looking for a long term rental in the country. I am an excellent tenant and would look after your place as if it were my own. I also have wonderful references. What I'm looking for is: A house or cabin that is 800 sq ft minimum, 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom ( would prefer with a bathtub) would be perfect and I hope it to be within 15 minutes of Duncan. I do need some storage space as I am very active and have a couple of bikes and other sports equipment. Privacy and quiet are important to me. I am a non- smoker and I have no pets- although I would love to get a cat. As well it is important for me to have a bright home. I have owned my own home for most of my life and have decided to simplify things. I have spent the past 4+ years living in Glenora, where I love it, but my home is only 400 sq ft and I find it a bit small. If you are looking for a great tenant that is very quiet and respectful and will take great care of your place, I would be that person!
