ISO 1 or 2 Bedroom

ISO house or suite to rent for November or December 1. I am single, quiet employed mature woman. Ideally would love a house, but would consider a suite as well. Suite must be dry - no dampness or smell of dampness. I'm an excellent tenant, respecting the rights of landlords and expect the same in return. I love gardening, but stick to pots as I'm a renter and respect landlord's grounds. While I do not have any of my own, I'm an animal and children lover - kids and animals are no problem for me if they are living above. I am not seeking a bachelor, unless it is very large. Ideally would have two bedrooms or one good sized bedroom with a smaller den I can use as office. Would prefer not furnished. Would prefer all utilities in, unless it has a woodstove - happy to provide my own wood. I am clean - I look after 'my home' both the inside and out and would hope any other tenants or landlords do the same. I am house proud for those who come to visit.. I am respectful, tolerant, easy to get along with and do not encroach upon boundaries. Laundry would be ideal but not necessary. I am a smoker of cigarettes only and only smoke outdoors-- would insist any shared accommodation with anyone upstairs would be doing the same. I would be interested in looking at anything within the Cowichan Valley, Chemainus, Ladysmith or Crofton.
