Brain health is important at all ages and stages of development... this workshop is on How to Grow a Child's Brain as well as Secrets for Longevity for us with more mature brains :) Gary Anaka is a fantastic facilitator and brain health and wellness educator. Gary uses research based strategies that promote keeping your brain healthy for your lifetime! Participants will learn why play is the natural way a brain learns best and why imagination and creativity are critical to promote intelligence. This workshop is open to care providers, parents, educators and anyone who is interested in learning more about healthy brain development and secrets for longevity.
