The room is comfortable with a built in closet. There is the option to have a double bed (3months old) and a classic dresser drawers with a mirror on it, a chair and makeshift alongside bedside table. The bedroom is upstairs, as well as a decent sized kitchen, another bedroom, 2bathrooms, large living space, windowed retreat, laundry and balcony. Downstairs is a studio space, office, garage (workshop) and bathroom. The house is located on the edge of the Stocking Creek park which has some lovely trails in it. Also on the verge of completion is an excellent biking/walking track that takes you all the way to Chemainus and BEYOND (it is completed most of the way you just need to go on the inactive train tracks for a short stretch). The street is very quiet and peaceful. There are sparse neighbours who have pleasant interactions whenever they are interacted with. It is a semi rural area with a handful a farms but has a mainly residential feel. You will be living with 1 couple. Both are young and working. It is definitely not a party house but we all like music.
