For rent, January 5th. Basement suite. 2 bedroom. Open concept kitchen, dining, living area. One bathroom. Shared laundry. We live on 7 acres in Westholme, just north of Duncan. Our idea of a tenant(s) would be non smoking, partying. Someone who doesn't mind the noise of our grandchildren over above when they come over, and our 3 small dogs barking when they get excited. And someone who doesnt mind helping in the flower gardens. Small pets and a child welcome by interview. We have a cat and our dogs like to chase her. Shes used to it, but yours might not. We do stop our dogs when they do when we catch them in action. We have goats, chickens, and pigeons, so animal friendly tenants would be great. Damage deposit is half of rent and 200 more for pets.
