Finisher

Finisher 2 is a mid level finishing position and is tasked with the staining, painting, lacquering and final quality control of most of the CFC product line. Advancement to senior role can be quick. Key responsibilities: While under the supervision of Finisher 1, Finisher 2 has the following responsibilities: Preparation prior to finishing of any and all products Operating all staining and spraying equipment including compressors, spray booths, spray pumps, spray guns and all other assorted finishing equipment Ensure that the final finish product meets the standard of quality control as set forth by the production manager. Assist Finisher 1 with maintaining an inventory of required pre-finished items.
