MS Bike Committee Experience Coordinator is responsible for the appearance of all areas of the MS Bike site. The Experience Coordinator works closely with the Bike Coordinator and the MS Bike committee to receive updates in areas pertaining to participant visual experience. Contributing your time and talents to the MS Bike committee is a meaningful opportunity to give back to your community and those affected by MS, while meeting great people and having fun. MS Bikes are our largest fundraising event across Canada and wouldn't be possible without dedicated volunteers. Responsibilities: -Decorating for the Saturday Dinner -Tables -Team signage for tables -Seating board -Evening itinerary -Decorating Stage -If required, assist Auction Coordinator in decorating auction area -If required, assist Food Coordinator in decorating food serving area Rider Village Decorating: -20 x 20 tents -Team Tents - Sponsor tents -Photo tent, games -Beverage Garden -Start/finish line Creating displays: -Roller boards or large signage for Rider Village: Committee Photos, Hearts of thanks for participants to write on, Site map, MS information, agenda for the weekend -Use your creativity! Create Signage: -Team names -Sponsor names -Supporters Skills, Attitudes, Knowledge Required: -Creative & enjoy decorating -Good at working in a fast passed environment -Good people skills MS Society will support your success through: -The staff liaison will provide you with support and guidance -Sharing comprehensive tools and resources Time Commitment: -Long term in from June 2018 to August event date in 2018    Hours will increase as the event approaches.
