$1,000 · 97' Caravan Turned to Camper Van

Selling 1997 Grand Caravan which has been turned into a Camper van. It includes everything you see in the pictures. Has a large bed which is on a memory foam mattress - sleeps 2. The windows are tinted in the back and include solid storing shelves 235K It has a brand new windshield that was replaced in June of 2018 It has a Used Alternator replaced and put in - April 2020 Brand new battery April 2019 It has had a tune-up, oil change, and engine flush March 2020 4 Brand new Dynamo 215/70R15 Winter Tires with New Tire Balancing - Nov 2017. The tires are still in awesome condition with great tread. Automatic transmission fluid changed (ATF+4) - Sept 2017 Repairs that are needed: 1. Small crack/hole in the left tail light. 2. The driver's side armrest is starting to come off. 3. The AC does not work. 4. The exhaust systems need to be replaced which my mechanic estimates to be $600 but does not know when as it still works but is something that will need. 5. I don't know if it's from not starting it regularly enough but it does seem to die or not start sometimes even though I have replaced the battery and alternator so please take that into caution but it could be due to the lack of active use. However, it does run fine and still drives great these are just repairs that will or are needed in the future. I have paperwork for everything and an owner's manual. Reason for selling: I have owned it for 2 years now and only used it for 1 summer. $1000 OBO
