$600 · 25 year old single father in search of a place to live.

Hello, My name is Sean, I am a 25 year old single father currently living in Duncan who is in a search of an inexpensive apartment or roommate situation in or near Duncan, so I can see and help raise my 15 month old son who lives with his mother just north of Duncan, near Walmart. I do not smoke, I do not party, and I do not do any type of hard drugs, I drink on occasion and sometimes take thc oil or edibles but if that is unwanted I can work around it. I am a very tidy, quiet, kind, respectful and tolerant person, and I have good references I can give for those qualities and more. I would likely spend most of my time keeping to myself in my room on my computer or working with my 3D printer, but I would also likely not be averse to hanging out with fellow tenants/roommates, such as having barbeques and such. I would like to have my son over at my place once or twice a week, but if that's something that would not work I could probably come up with another idea or work with you to figure something out, such as only having him in my room with me while he's over or not having him overnight at all. I have a reliable source of income, and I would be able to afford any type of deposits needed of me. I think around 600 dollars for rent and utilities would work for me but I could possibly pay more depending on the place. I do not currently have a vehicle but I would like to get a small one soon.
