$1,300 · 2 Bedroom Garden Level Suite in House

We are renting out a nice large (1200 sq ft) suite in our house in Crofton, near the firehall. We (the landlords) live upstairs with our 6 year old daughter and 3 cats, and would love to have a like-minded family with similar aged children in the space. The suite has 2 large bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom including a bathtub, plus its own laundry (not shared with us - we've got separate laundry upstairs), and a full kitchen including a brand new dishwasher. There is also a pellet stove for extra warmth on the cold days, and a decent amount of storage space. Up to 2 cats and other small pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit and approval - sorry, no dogs allowed. Rent includes hydro, water and internet, as well as 1 on-property parking spot (street parking is also plentiful). Shared access of the fenced backyard and organic gardens may be possible as well. No smoking or vaping (including marijuana) allowed inside the house or in the backyard while in use (when nobody is around, it's fine and there is a covered area you can use). Reasonable quiet is expected in the evenings after 8pm or so (we understand and will be creating normal family and kid noise, and the occasional gathering, but no regular loud parties etc).
