No leaks, new coat of roof sealant, fridge and three burner stove works on propane and electric. furnace does not work but is a cheap fix. comes with small space heater to plug in. comes with a foam double mattress (just not shown in photos), runs on two propane tanks, has a large potable water reservoir, marine battery with housing included, comes with refurbished belly bar package, clean porta potty included. Truck must be at least 3/4 tonne or heavier. Minimum 60" between wheel wells in order for it to fit. 8'-10 1/4" length of base. oh, did i mention it has a sweet paint job? you probably noticed already.
