Mature, Respectful Healthcare Professional ISO 2 Bedroom Home

Hello potential landlord! I am a mature, respectful and responsible healthcare professional with permanent full time work. I live alone and rarely have guests. I do not drink, smoke or have pets, and I value peace and privacy in my living environment. I pay my rent on time, usually early, and maintain my home and any outdoor space meticulously. I am looking anywhere between North Cowichan and Ladysmith and my budget depends on what is offered and/or included in any rental. I am looking for a fully detached home/cottage, or well-planned side by side duplex, or an end unit town-home only. No upper/lower or other suite, or 'shared' house situations please.
