Dear Prospect Landlords, Looking for long term rental Good day, I am a mature, respectful and responsible retired person with secure revenue. I do not drink, smoke or drugs. I do not have pets but do not mind them as I had shepherds in the past. I value peace and privacy in my living environment, a place with no drama within a great neighbourhood. I pay my rent on time, usually early, and will treat your homeas if it was mine. I need a safe, secure and well maintained place. I am looking anywhere between Langford to Ladysmith/Saltair, possibly Lake Cowichan if the home is right. My maximum budget depends on what is offered and/or included. I am looking for a fully detached small home/cottage/cabin, or side by side duplex, or an end unit town-home only, no lowers, ground level or basement suite please. I may consider above garage suite/carriage home or uppers, either a studio, 1 bdr, 1 bdr/den or 2 bedrooms. I require my own Internet provider account (no shared wifi), and strongly prefer my own Hydro and/or Gas accounts ( no % payments or split utilities) I am very frugal with those accounts. I wish for an outdoor space, off-street parking and a bathtub/shower combo also full fridge, stove and washer/dryer or hook ups.
