S.V.I. Interiors Ltd. has been a successful company, operating since incorporation in 2012. We offer services in metal framing, wallboard and gypsum sheathing installation, ceiling texture removal and refinishing, suspended ceiling systems, sound control systems, demountable partitions, aluminum window and door frames, pre finished wall panels. The successful applicant must be organized and self-motivated, require knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and proficient in Quickbooks accounting software. Tasks are bookkeeping, invoicing, monitoring accounts rec./payable banking deposits, reconciliation, payroll, quarterly, monthly tax returns. The office is in a home environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma Specific Skills: Reconcile accounts Prepare trial balance of books Post journal entries Maintain general ledgers and financial statements Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written Superior organizational and time management skills Experience with Quick Books and Quickbooks Time tracking software Ability to use Excel spreadsheets A keen eye for detail Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills Flexibility Accurate Team player Excellent written communication Dependability Judgement Rewards: Energetic and fun environment Home office environment Regular wage reviews Starting wage $25.00-$28.00/hr.
