So first of all there's not one thing wrong when it comes to the device, cameras work, battery life is great it surprisingly last awhile when it's fully charged there's no cracks on the screen or on the back and the quality while watching videos is pretty good (a lot better than the last phone I had the A15) your child could use it to play games, watch YouTube ect or if your good with fixing devices it could be used for parts other than the network issue the phone felt brand new and everything else works perfectly The seller was from Victoria, I paid $395 for the phone and at the time I didn't have a SIM card I was going to buy a pay as you go after the transaction, so when I finally did set up a pay as you go account and put the SIM in the phone it wouldn't accept the SIM, I tried my mom's and the same thing happened. Of course I couldn't find the guys fb account after but when I was messaging him it did seem like he lives in Victoria I'm just looking to get a very small amount of the money I spent back
