It's an exceptional guitar and I'd love to keep it... I'm selling to help pay for the recent purchase of a Martin 000-18. This guitar has been very well cared for and is in mint condition. It has normal signs of being played, such as a little buffing of the matte finish at the upper bout and pick guard area. It has been professionally set up by Rufus (of Rufus Island Guitars), a highly skilled and experienced authorized Martin repair man, and plays perfectly. Freshly installed light gauge Martin Lifespan 2.0 Phosphor Bronze strings. Strap button installed on neck heel. End pin hole professionally drilled out to accept pickup jack.
