This unit only has a couple days of use. It can be free standing or comes with a kit to attach it to a wall. I bought it for a quest suite I am building and I decided to put in a built in 240 Volt baseboard because it gave me more room. It comes with the instructions and the wall hanging kit and is in new condition. I bought it on Amazon for 199.00 and right now Amazon has it on a deal for 138.00. It kept my 400 sq ft suite at 23 C in freezing weather. It will cut down the heat intensity once the room is up to temperature and the fan is quiet. Can be set in F or C
