$550 · Need a place to park and live in your RV?

I have a commercial building with a large parking lot right across the street from Seywell park and the lake/river in Lake Cowichan. It is on the main drive in the down town core, with walking distance to everything like the Grocery store, post office, 5 restaurants within a block, washrooms in the park, and showers and sani dump just down the road. I would rent out a parking spot for $550 a month for off grid (long term 3 months or more), or $650 with 15 amp power included. No Flakes, drug users, or drinkers.
