Special Education Assistant - Youbou

Youbou (Near Lake Cowichan) Regent Christian Online Academy is seeking 2 compassionate and dedicated Christian Special Education Assistants to join our team in the Youbou area (near Lake Cowichan). Each position is 24 hours per week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), starting immediately. The positions are centered on indoor and outdoor hands-on life skills and activities, such as: baking, gardening, basic academics, and various other life skills, as they work with teenagers with complex special needs. These two applicants will join a terrific team of Special Education Assistants, a Special Education teacher, and therapy providers. Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with complex needs is highly preferred but those with a strong interest, related experience, or training will also be considered.
