House Cleaner

Salary is between $22-25 per hour depending on experience Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas - Make beds and change linens - Distribute clean towels and toiletries - Launder linens on site - Organize and declutter living spaces - Empty garbage and recycling receptacles - Perform deep cleaning tasks like cleaning interior/exterior of fridge, stove, cupboards, spot clean walls, interior windows - Adhere to cleaning standards set by Spruce It Up Cleaning Services Ltd. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences - Communicate effectively with manager to highlight any issues during the cleaning Qualifications: - Previous experience in residential cleaning is required - Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction - Ability to clean efficiently and effectively while paying attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Proficient in English - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to commute to client properties - Need to be bondable (no criminal record) At our company, we value our cleaners and offer the following benefits: - Competitive pay rates - Flexible work schedules - Training will be provided to enhance your skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a high level overview of the position.
