2013 Wildwood X-Lite travel trailer. All appliances including fridge, stove, A/C, HWH, and furnace work flawlessly. Front queen bed, rear jack & jill bunks. Clean and ready to go! Hitch, equilizer bars, wheel chocks and fabric storage cover included. Currently the power awning does not work (quoted $700 repair). There is also one very small soft spot in the floor of the bedroom. This is a common and fairly easy repair. To reflect this, we have priced the unit several thousand dollars below market price. Located on Salt Spring Island.
