$800 · Hand Built Tiny camper

Lived in it for a heavy snowfall winter this past season. Stayed as dry as a bone with a electric heater inside. Needs a 12 foot wide X 24 foot long tarp to cover the sides completely to the ground. That leaves the front and back open for air flow. Side window is 3/8 smoked plexi. Both front and back doors/ Windows are 1/4" thick. All glued and screwed tight. Tarps will need a renewal. That's the easy part. Spar varnished the whole unit. Event the front metal mounted steps. New large can of spar varnish comes with it for the new owner. The walls are designed to di-assemble onto the rolling foldup deck like the pages of a book. It is set up all fastened together. Predrilled every hole. 800 or so deck screws for outside. Base wheeled chariot is like a rickshaw when set up. All Stainless steel. Hand built and welded to roll over 1000lbs. Very solid in the wind. Back window has a double opening. A small window set inside a large. 7 3/4 foot long by 31 " wide inner. 54 " tall arch. Arch is Insulated. If your up to move it with a truck. I can help you load it in the back. $800 or best offer.
