I'm going to blab on here and include all I know so as to save time/questions: Clean 9.5 out of 10 from a Covid free home. This is as good a gently used Strat as you will find - and these are hard to find. A perfect electric guitar that needs no modding or updates. A superb gift for someone wanting to upgrade.. These were the top of the line Squier guitars before they launched the Classic Vibe series. The flame maple tops were a special edition and not a tonne were made so they are hard to find and this one is in superb condition. It's not a PRS top but looks great in the Amber Burst finish. Not as cherry in colour - a warmer look. Hope it shows well on your monitor. The 2 point synchronized tremolo bridge is more stable like the US made Fenders and is n/a on the classic vibe series. The Alnico pickups spank the ceramics found on pre 2018 Fender Standard series guitars and all Squier except Classic Vibe pickups. Rosewood finger board - unlike classic vibe. This guitar is more close to the new Fender Player series or an up-graded Fender Standard because of the pickups. The closest current Squier model is the CV 60's and that sets you back $660.00 after tax at Long&Mcquade - without a gig bag. Regular non- flame top Squier Standard guitars go for $350.00 - $450.00 plus shipping on Reverb.com.
