A beautiful machine designed for sewing and quilting, the Elna 760 includes an extra-long (11") free arm and a very large sewing space. This machine is very powerful and very fast, and is ideal not only for professionals and seamstresses but for quilters and sewing enthusiasts who just love to make beautiful things. New, this machine was over $4,000 (plus taxes of course). Elna is designed in Switzerland and along with other manufacturers such as Bernina, Pfaff and Husqvarna, it's considered to be a high end/high quality machine. It's fully computerized, and with an 11" throat space, it offers lots of room to quilt those larger projects. It includes a large plexiglass slide on table (priced at over $100) and has a stitch width that is adjustable to 9mm. With 270 stitches that include 40 that are exclusive to Elna; all easily accessible for quick viewing under the cover at the top, this machine does everything but make you a cup of coffee. It just came back from being serviced and cleaned (March 25/21) so is running in tiptop condition.
