I’m a semi-retired gentleman offering my hands to fill the gap between the DIY and the contractor. I have 20 + years experience, hold a Building Operators ticket from S.I.A.T. ( in Calgary) I will take care of the fiddly, annoying things YOU can’t find time for and no contractor will consider because it’s too small. Example but NOT a definitive list: repairs to fences/gates/decks/stairs painting indoors repair/replace doors replace faucets/sinks/vanity cabinets small drywall repairs basic electrical ie: light fixtures, plugs, (nothing in the breaker box) install ceiling fans Pressure washing, decks, sidewalks, drive ways IF it isn't on the list please ask. Baseboard, door & window casing $3.25/ liner foot Basic rate $40/hr ***I provide LABOUR ONLY , I DO NOT supply parts or materials **** ***PLEASE NOTE..NO HIGH LADDER WORK (UP TO 8’STEP LADDER IS FINE). NO ROOFS, ATTICS, OR CRAWL SPACES*** MINIMUM Call out fee 1 hour ($40) **Unfortunately due to the price of fuel I will be charging travel time on all jobs.**
