What you bring to the role: • Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences. • Driver’s License and vehicle. • High comfort level presenting, hosting live events, and conducting community outreach and other proactive communication to target audiences. • Experience in business development, sales or customer success is an asset. • Willing to demonstrate active community involvement and establish a positive profile of the Funeral Home within the community. • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy. • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
